Onboarding takes 3-5 business days for most firms. We connect your CRM and timesheet systems via OAuth authorization, import your historical engagement data, and run the initial pattern analysis. Most firms see their first staffing recommendation within a week of starting onboarding. The recommendations get meaningfully better as the platform accumulates more data — typically 4-6 weeks for the scoring model to reflect your firm's actual patterns.

Kelpmont reads CRM deal records and pipeline data, timesheet records, calendar metadata (meeting accept/decline patterns, not content), and project records from your systems via OAuth. We do not read email content, document content, or personal communications. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, is not shared with other clients, and is not used to train any models outside your firm's own scoring context. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.

All tiers include Staffing Intelligence and Engagement Analytics. Proposal Readiness is included starting with the Practice tier. If you're on the Firm tier and want to add Proposal Readiness, you can upgrade your tier at any monthly billing cycle. We don't charge per-module within a tier.

We currently ask for a 12-month commitment. The value of staffing intelligence is cumulative — the platform improves as it builds up your engagement history — and firms that commit to 12 months tend to see meaningfully better results than firms trying to evaluate in 60 or 90 days. We price accordingly and don't offer a short-term trial tier.

If you cancel, we provide a full export of all engagement data and scoring history in structured JSON format within 30 days. After your export is confirmed, we delete your firm's data from our systems within 90 days. You own your data — we're a processing layer, not a data custodian.
