An engagement is any active client project tracked in your CRM and connected to Kelpmont. Historical engagements used for pattern analysis do not count against your active engagement limit — only currently active projects in progress.
Engagement Analytics and Proposal Readiness are included in Growth and Enterprise tiers. The Essentials tier is designed for firms primarily focused on staffing decisions. If you need analytics and proposal readiness, Growth is the right tier — the pricing reflects the full module set.
Onboarding is typically a single afternoon. We connect Kelpmont to your CRM, time-tracking, and HRIS systems, run the initial data ingestion, and review the first pattern report with your team. Growth customers receive a dedicated onboarding session with a Kelpmont team member. Enterprise customers receive white-glove data migration support.
Kelpmont uses read-only API access to your CRM and connected systems — we have no write permissions and cannot modify records. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We process engagement data under a data processing agreement available on request. Enterprise customers receive a full security review package including architecture documentation and DPA review.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. Annual plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled at the end of the annual term. On cancellation, we provide a data export of your pattern analysis and engagement records. We don't hold data hostage.
We offer a 30-day access window for firms that want to evaluate Kelpmont with their own data before committing. Contact us to discuss the terms — pilots are evaluated case by case and require a minimum of 24 months of historical engagement data in your CRM.
