The Kelpmont Team

Five people who've seen the consulting staffing problem from the inside.

Half of our team has spent time in consulting. The other half has built data infrastructure for enterprise software. Kelpmont sits at exactly that intersection.

Working at Kelpmont

We're a small team with a real problem to solve.

We're not building a feature factory. Every person we hire needs to understand the consulting staffing problem well enough to make product decisions informed by it. That's a high bar — but it's the bar we think is necessary to build something this niche well.

If that sounds interesting and you have either consulting or enterprise software background, reach out. We're not hiring right now, but we keep track of people we want to work with.
